Shipping Policy
Shipping is complimentary on godsandmony.com orders $50.00 & above in the U.S.
At Gods and Mony we understand you are paying for our brand of quality products not for shipping, the is why we work closely with our shipping providers to get you Gods and Mony products for the best rates. Most packages are shipped out to locations within 2-7 days, which is our goal to provide the experience of expedited service for FREE. Please allow 1-3 business day(s) for processing before the packages are shipped. excluding US federal and select holidays. Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days from the order’s ship date.
U.S. Territories do not qualify for free ground shipping. The orders will be shipped via USPS. Rates are displayed during the checkout process.
IMPORTANT: International orders are not currently accepted. International order and shipping will begin in soon.
AMENDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS
WE CANNOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED AFTER CHECKOUT OR ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
Missing Items / Damages
If an item is missing from your order or arrived damaged, then please contact us immediately for assistance. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside so that the Gods and Mony customer service department can assist in any replacements or returns. Customer Service may request photos of damaged products, which are used to improve the customer experience. You must notify us of these issues within 7 days of the delivery date.
Return To Sender/Refused Delivery
Packages returned to the sender or refused are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
Refunds
If a refund is issued, a credit will be made to the original form of payment on the order. We will send a confirmation email when the refund has been initiated. Depending on your financial institution, the funds should appear back in your payment method between 4-10 Business Days. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 Business Days, we recommend that you contact your financial institution to track the status of your refund.
