5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.
Once your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Deus Agentum LLC is not responsible for loss or theft. Please ensure you provide accurate delivery details.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Due to hygiene standards, all grooming and personal care product sales are final.
For apparel and accessories:
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
